New notification system

As part of our new notification system, we are sending more notifications about expiring services, including SMS notifications in addition to the usual email and postal notifications. SMS notifications will alert you to the number of services that expire or are cancelled within 60 days.

Our customers can keep track of their orders through the MediaCenter Customer Portal interface, where they can make administrative changes to their orders and data - even outside traditional customer service hours!

Service renewals can be made at any time via our Customer Portal. The renewed services will be invoiced automatically by our system within 24 hours of receipt.

We've simplified the process of restoring expired services! Our customers can make services that can be restored available again at any time via the Customer Portal. If you pay by credit card, the service will be restored immediately!
