Information on the expansion of the Web Hosting Settings and services

Custom PHP.ini on all hosts

Previously we provided custom php.ini setup for hosting as a paid service, now we have made this service free. In the Web hosting settings interface of each hosting, a menu item "PHP Settings" has been added, where you can configure parameters related to the PHP operation.

We have increased the size of MySQL included in hosting packages for free

From now on, all basic hosting packages include 500 Mbytes of SSD storage instead of 100 Mbytes for fast and seamless MySQL database hosting. The new increased quota has also been automatically set on our old customers' hosting.

Multiple MySQL users within one host

Especially from our resellers, it has been a long-standing requirement to be able to use different MySQL ID/password pairs within a single host. As of today, this is also available and can be requested through our support team.

Free SMTP service for all mailboxes

Previously, we recommended that you use your ISP's SMTP server for sending mail, as many ISPs prohibited the use of external SMTP servers on their network by default. From now on, we offer a more convenient solution for our users: each mailbox login ID and password is also an SMTP password that can be used for sending mail. To set this up, all you need to do when creating a mailbox is to select the "Use the same settings as the incoming mail server" option. You can find more help with the settings here.

PHP 5.4 is available/b>

Good news for developers is that PHP 5.4 is available on the hosting. The new version can be activated from the Web hosting settings. Attention! PHP 5.4 contains incompatible changes compared to previous versions, so your current website may not work perfectly if you migrate.
